Unica 3-125

Pneumatic double diaphragm pump for material pressures up to 20 bar (290 PSI). Ideal for feeding and supply of higher-viscosity material through long hose lines in circulation systems or stub-line airspray applications.

There are two versions available; the G3/8“ outlet threads (2436884) is excellent for stub line installations & fast color changes.

The version with larger G3/4“ threads (2436885) is optimal in circulation lines without color change.

Features:

• The powerful pumps are designed to feed high viscosity materials in high volume. The pressure ratio of 3:1 allows material pressure of 15 bar at 5 L/min. even with higher viscosity rates.

• Due to higher pressure, the diameter of the material hoses can be smaller, allowing for significantly less unused material in circulation which saves material and time when changing colors and rinsing.
